WIP Wednesday: Fingerless Gloves, Elephant & Blanket

Megan February 1, 2012 2

This project has been dug out and put away many times over the past 2 months and I’m declaring they will be done this week. These were super easy to make. I’ve been trying them out with some trim and adding a flower. I’ve attached one flower, but haven’t decided if it’s too big. The one on the right has the flower attached. Too big? My first ones I made I did in stripes. My son’s friend asked if I was wearing a blanket under my jacket- needless to say, they did not make the cut… - Megan

This is going to be an amigurumi elephant from “Crocheted Softies”

Technically this is more of a UFO than a WIP, but I decided to bust out these squares I started for a lap blanket. I’m committing to add 2 squares a week, and it should be done by early spring. – Bonnie

Lovely blue for your elephant softie. And I think your squares count as a WIP. Sometimes picking up where you left off is the biggest step!

I love the start of the elephant – Crocheted Softies is such a fun book!
